Using voice interface, Ultiverse Technologies provides wireless Internet solutions to access corporate Email, Voicemail, Fax, Address Book and Calendar using standard web phones and wireless PDAs. Ultiverse Technologies hired Graham Interactive to craft an online strategy that would encourage and expand business development. The goal was to educate users about the company's new technology and simultaneously capture customer information into an automated database; the challenge was to incorporate these new elements into a new brand without alienating past customers.
